Tempest Recruitment are now recruiting for an Exe Sous Chef for a Client outside Dublin.
The right candidate will be a chef with experience and looking to take the next step in their career. They must have a passion for delivering quality and the ability to manage an team.
- Chef qualifications .
- Must have previous experience as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef in a 4* star hotel/restaurant kitchen
- Ensure that food is top quality and that the kitchen is in good condition.
- Extensive knowledge of good food handling, food standards and presentation.
- Proven success at leading a team to achieve high standards
- Excellent leadership, organisational, communication and motivational skills
- Excellent knowledge of food and food trends along with a passion for cooking
- Thorough knowledge of HACCP /Kitchen management
- Honest, reliable and hardworking
- Demonstrate knowledge of cost structures and budget
