Tempest Recruitment are now recruiting for a permanent Night Manager for a North Dublin Hotel
The Role:
- Overall responsibility for Customer Service, Fire, Health & Safety at night
Dealing with late check-ins and early check outs
Ensuring the building is secure
Ensuring that guest privacy and security is adhered to at all times
Control switchboard
Maintain fire register
Ensuring night porters duties are carried out thoroughly and assisting in duties
Post of relevant F&B bills
Bar
Cash handling
Instilling customer service ethic in all staff
The successful candidate will have an energetic hands-on approach to work in the hotel with a good atmosphere in a very busy environment. They will have a strong track record in training and high standards. The successful candidate will be outgoing with excellent guest relations skills. You will have strong people management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Requirements:
- Previous catering experience
- At least one previous work reference
- Excellent spoken English
- Right to work in Ireland
